Dr. Martens - 1460 in Cherry Red Crazy Horse – gravitypope。Dr Martens \'1460 Paint Splatter\' Men\'s Retro smooth leather boots. The iconic Mod 1460 boot (so named after the date of it\'s inception, 1st April, 1960) gets the Jackson Pollock treatment. A cool dripped paint effect conjures up images of John Squires Stone Roses artwork and perhaps even Kevin Cummins\' iconic NME front cover from 1989, featuring The Roses daubed in paint! An experiment in the Dr Martens art studio sees a vivid colour palette transposed onto a smooth cherry leather ground, thus enhancing the classic 1460 boot silhouette with a cool 90\'s Indie vibe. Complimented by classic Retro yellow stitch, Air Wair outsole and tonal 8 eyelet 1460 lace fastening.
