He was honored with the prestigious Coty American Fashion Critics\' Award in 1971 for his jewelry
His work was featured in major fashion publications like Vogue and Harper\'s Bazaar, and he maintained a high-profile clientele including The Duchess of Windsor, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Cher, Nancy Reagan and Barbara Bush
This unique design has a black leather strap that slips through the large and sculptural gold tone oval and secures by tying or \"knotting\" it to itself
The strap itself is approximately 40 1/2 inches in length, but when you wear it, it will become slightly shorter depending on how you tie it
The oval has a 2 inch opening, so when the strap is slipped through and tied, it will take up just a small amount of length
The strap is 1 inch in width
This belt is in very good pre-owned condition and the wear is consistent with its age. The gold tone finish on the oval has worn off somewhat, mostly on one side (top or bottom) depending on how you wear it. From a smoke-free home.
This belt is EXTREMELY RARE as I have not seen this exact design currently available anywhere!
It will be rolled and packaged carefully for shipping in a box.
Please see my other listings as I have a large selection of other belts, many in new, never worn condition.
