Vintage 1940。This beautiful vintage Coro flower brooch dates to the 1940s–1950s and features a sculptural layered petal design with a brilliant blue rhinestone at the center. The dimensional construction creates a striking three-dimensional bloom, with softly contoured petals in a silver-tone finish that combines both shiny and subtly frosted surfaces. The vivid blue rhinestone draws the eye and adds a vibrant pop of color against the cool silver-tone metal. The brooch measures approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter and has wonderful presence without being overly heavy. Included with the brooch is a single matching Coro earring displaying the CORO hallmark on the back. The earring can serve as documentation of the maker and could also be repurposed as a dress clip or styling accent if desired. This piece would be perfect on a blazer lapel, dress, coat, hat, or handbag. It also makes a thoughtful gift for collectors of Coro jewelry or lovers of mid-century floral designs.
